To elevate Plinc’s profile within marketing and retail press, with a focus on personalised communication.

The approach

We work alongside Plinc to spark mass awareness of the benefits of unifying customer data; including educating retailers on the power of personalisation. Our strategy is to initiate conversations around customer data via company news, thought leadership and expert commentary.

We also launched Plinc’s first-ever research project, which has generated over 25 inbound leads for the agency to date – including coverage in Marketing Week, Decision Marketing & Retail Voices.
