Meet the Pixels

Nick launched W+P after working with many of the UK’s most exciting scaleup brands. He was named Young PR Professional of the Year 2016, and is PR Week’s 30 Under 30 alumni. Nick is a well-known technology media commentator who regularly appears across international broadcast outlets.

One thing you wouldn't know about me:

Despite growing up in the glorious Devon countryside, I cannot ride a bike.

Oli has led comms for global tech giants, blue-chip brands and high-profile individuals. This experience across consumer and corporate PR, and a background in journalism, has helped shape and grow some of the UK’s most disruptive scaleups. In 2024, Oli also launched The Third, a pioneering initiative dedicated to supporting men's mental health in the PR industry.

I got papped standing next to Cameron Diaz and subsequently featured in Hello! magazine

Charlotte has over 15 years’ experience driving fame for some of the most recognisable brands in the world spanning the food, drink, travel, and hospitality industries.

Faith is a seasoned comms lead, with almost 20 years' experience in primarily corporate PR. In that time she has built impactful long-term partnerships with high growth businesses - from startup to blue chip - in medtech, biotech, fintech, financial services, e-commerce and aviation,

Jess brings over 12 years of experience in comms, building and running fast-moving press offices and driving forward successful award-winning campaigns, with some of the biggest household names in the UK

Gabie has delivered stand-out work at some of the UK’s leading agencies. A Young Cannes Lions Gold and Silver winner, Gabie also hosts a radio show interviewing legends in the industry

I host a philosophy and pasta supper club called "Descarbs"

Kat joined W+P with several years’ agency experience across corporate and consumer clients, ranging from smart tech and property through to hospitality and consumer goods.

Fun fact:

I had a pet hermit crab called Nala (after the Lion King).

Charlotte has a range of experience in multiple sectors including property and placemaking, media and marketing, hospitality and B2B retail PR.

One thing you wouldn't know about me:

I was born 2 months early at 3lbs and was so small I could fit in one of my Dad's hands.

Elizabeth has years of experience helping startups and challengers across all sectors – from fintech and personal finance to green energy and tech for good – to scale their brands and tell their stories.

Fun fact:

As a child I recorded the new theme tune for Noddy. It never aired in the end, but at least I got to keep the story.

With nearly a decade in public relations, Emilee has spent the past eight years immersed in consumer campaigns for some of the UK's most beloved brands. She's passionate about the art of storytelling and thrive on creating campaigns that not only get people talking but also build genuine connections between brands and their audiences.

I have a ginger cowboy kitten called Lil' Hank

Jena has experience working across in-house and agency settings, working with both start-up brands and some household consumer names-working across large scale campaign activations and events with brands in the health and wellness, travel and retail space.

Despite being from Cornwall I am awful at surfing

Olivia has 7 years of experience working across consumer, health & wellbeing, and third sector clients. Having delivered impactful creative, policy-led, and press office campaigns for numerous organsations, she brings a passion for storytelling that drives awareness and creates meaningful change.

Jasmine has a breadth of experience in B2C PR and media relations, and brings with her a passion for all things media, social & influencing and pop culture. She has worked with a wide range of familiar and challenger brands, bringing to life exciting integrated campaigns, building strong relationships with media, and developing effective media strategies.

One thing you wouldn't know about me:

I used to be famous on TikTok

Moises is curious about exploring businesses’ connections with culture and contributing to brand new projects. He has experience working with a wide range of high-growth technology clients and is excited to learn about the most challenging, disruptive brands across industries at W+P.

One thing you wouldn’t know about me:

Even though I have an Italian heritage, I can speak Roman dialect but not formal Italian!

Joe works with both B2B and B2C clients, including early-stage startups as well as established companies across the UK and Europe. He has experience across a range of sectors including technology, social care, and travel.

Fun fact:

I once adopted a cat called Boris!

Dan graduated in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in Journalism. He's worked in a variety of industries including retail, food, at a golf club and a rugby club, and is now ready to pursue his career in PR. His enthusiasm to learn and continue to develop his skills makes him a great asset to the Words + Pixels team.

I've never broken a bone in my body!

Kicking off her PR career at Words+Pixels as an intern, Zoe is back as an Account Manager. In the interim, she worked with a number of consumer clients in the lifestyle and entertainment space on securing high-value coverage and launching brand activations.

I used to be a regular on children's TV

Jade’s experience spans the consumer space, working across fashion, food, lifestyle, and tech with clients including Cubitts, PUMA, Subway, McVitie’s, and Back Market. An avid culture and music head, she’s likely to be found at a gig or dissecting the latest pop-culture moments.

I am distantly related to the man who discovered Neptune.

Ellie heads up our marketing at W+P with a focus on social media and events.

I spent one month living in a rural village in Fiji!

Naz works across B2B, tech and innovation-led accounts, with a focus on future of work, venture and data-driven businesses. Her work centres on shaping credible, insight-led narratives for complex sectors.

One thing you wouldn't know about me:

I published a poetry book when I was 11

Ciara is brand new to PR after graduating from the University of Bristol with a BA in English Literature and French in 2023, spending a year living in Bordeaux and Paris! Moving from the world of marketing, she is excited to get stuck in and learn as much as she can.

Fun fact:

I have climbed two active (and erupting!) volcanoes - one in Indonesia and one in Guatemala.

Hannah has spent the last two years learning the art of PR and working with a range of B2B and B2C clients across multiple sectors, including technology, social media, telecoms and so much more. Hannah is dedicated to helping her clients make a difference within their sectors.

One thing you wouldn’t know about me:

I was in the junior national swim team.

Armed with a BA in Marketing Management from Northumbria University, Laura is ready to dive into the world of PR! She has had a taste of the industry during a whistle stop placement year at Barbour, working on everything from press releases to brand launches and is now ready to dive into her next chapter, bringing her creativity and curiosity to W+P’s team.

I was once skyrocketed to YouTube stardom in South Korea by being featured in a video with a beloved social media star!

Krysta has experience across a variety of sectors, including employment, finance, B2B tech, F&B, sport, and lifestyle and works in our business division.

My childhood dog, Jasper, went viral on Facebook for his daily routine of begging for a bath

Sara joins us as an account executive on our consumer team!

Justine studied American Studies with History at the University of Sussex, where she was Food Editor of the university paper - a role that taught her the importance of effective journalism and storytelling, sparking her interest in PR and Comms.

Having worked as an HR business partner in companies ranging from 10 to 10,000, Lizzie has built a career in understanding what makes a great place to work. Passionate about progressive HR and Neuroscience-based coaching, she's always searching for new ways to enhance team culture and foster pioneering employer practices.

I sing in a 10 piece soul band. I also, like Nick, cannot ride a bike!
