Understand Britain's eating habits and snacking perceptions and provide expert insight from graze's Head of Food on our findings to unpack snacking’s reputation and health benefits. 

The approach

Through research of 2,000+ UK participants, we found that Brits are, in fact, snackers who believe that eating three square meals a day is outdated - often opting for a more grazing lifestyle, and showcased this in national and lifestyle publications.
