Building Blacklane's reputation as the luxury global chauffeur service

The approach

Competing with established players like Uber Black, Blacklane needed to carve out its position as the premium provider of global transfers and chauffeur services, emphasising peace of mind and luxury. Despite operating in over 50 countries with tens of thousands of chauffeur partners, brand awareness was low when we began our partnership in 2023.

Our strategy blended a proactive press office with high-impact global campaigns, alongside strong thought leadership, CEO profiling, and media seeding.

Campaign highlights included commissioning and launching the first Travel Trends Report, delivering insights that resonated across business travel and lifestyle sector, and a media event with eight tier 1 journalists from outlets like The Times, National Geographic, and the Daily Mail.

Through a mix of always-on activity and targeted campaigns, we elevated Blacklane’s profile globally while driving a significant increase in UK share of voice.
