The travel industry was almost decimated by the pandemic; Flash Pack was forced into administration in November 2020.
A year later, Words + Pixels and our US partner agency, Pace Public Relations, relaunched the business on both sides of the pond.
We kicked off the campaign with a series of in-depth and intimate founder profiles - announcing a new fundraise and exploring their bounce-back journey. We then launched a series of creative mini-campaigns and travel trends that resonated with an audience of millennial adventure-seekers - from highlighting the post-pandemic loneliness crisis to the benefits of ice bathing in Finland.
